Hey I just read your comments about the demo reel. And thank you, any feedback really helps out. Yes I do plan on finishing it. I'm starting some production art and trying to define the look of the film while workin on some bg's. Once I have a couple done, im going to start animating. I also am working on character designs now too. If you wanna help just let me know. It might be some time, since I am the only one working on this right. now. Keep in touch!

Hello Seraya, how have you been lately?

How's the art going?

Thanks for asking Pat! I, like you, have been derailed from doing my own art lately. Although I am not working professionally in animation like you, I still try to incorporate my art in what I am doing. Right now, I am a Kindergarten Teacher's Assistant, and I love it! The teacher that I work with allows me to create and do art projects with the kids and it is awesome to see how they progress in art since I first started working with them. I am also in charge of taking pictures of the little "angels" in order to construct a DVD slideshow for their graduation at the end of the year. It's pretty fun.

So, most of my artwork recently has been cut and paste and my mediums being crayon, but I still sketch and post on occasion. As an animator, which I do still consider myself to be, I think of this job as researching my demographic!;)

It's good to hear you are utilizing your art to help kids. It feels rather inspiring.

And they tell us art is useless. Ha!

Good to see you're doing fine yourself, hope to see more of you in the future.
